There is continuing demand for specialty wireline services including among other things: outside fiber cable trenching, fiber optic splicing, fiber to the node (FTTN) or to the home (FTTH), fiber to the cell site (FTTCS) deployment, central office engineering, furnishing and installation.
Critical services include re-routing facilities due to road and building construction, plant upgrade and emergency response.
